We are here to support you on your yoga journey, whether you are new to yoga,  a practitioner already, flexible or not - yoga is for everyone!  We believe that yoga can sincerely help to be more physically and mentally aligned. Practice yoga in the comfort of your home, face-to-face in Singapore, or online.

Private yoga class

Busy schedule, trying to develop a new routine, and need a more personalized approach?

Explore a variety of styles, including hatha yoga, sun vinyasa, yoga for runners, yin yoga, and yoga for back pain. We specialize in adapting the teaching to your level, condition, and the specific needs of the moment. Choose from private one-on-one sessions, 2-on-1, or 3-on-1 sessions.

Prenatal yoga

Yoga helps to maintain good health and reduce discomfort during this beautiful journey.

 It helps you to become more self-conscious and more balanced, develop physical strength and mental peace, and provide good overall preparation for the labor. We will provide you with suitable variations, breathing, and relaxation techniques to practice safely and during this journey and make the most of your pregnancy.

Group Class & Retreat

We offer group classes in Singapore, Orchard, Newton, Sommerset, and  Botanic Garden areas. 

Whether you are a group already or a corporate, you can contact us, and we will tailor a class accordingly.
